From Food Export Idea to Live Business: How EasyBusy Foods Launched in 90 Days

The Challenge

The founder had a clear opportunity: export African food products to UK consumers who couldn’t easily find them locally. But the idea needed validation, a business model, a digital presence, and operational infrastructure — all before any sales could happen.

What Enle Did

Enle ran a full Market Entry engagement: validating demand, mapping the right product categories, and identifying the target buyer. From there, we designed and built the EasyBusy Foods e-commerce website — a WooCommerce store with retail and B2B sourcing flows, Paystack payment integration, and a structured order management system.

The engagement covered everything needed to go from idea to operational business: brand identity, digital store, payment processing, and a product catalogue built for both retail and wholesale buyers.

The Outcome

EasyBusy Foods launched as a live, transacting business. The founder went from a validated idea to a fully operational e-commerce store — with orders being placed and processed on day one of launch.

The business later expanded into additional Operational Momentum work — adding CRM, email automation, and light ERP to handle the growing team and order volume.

What changed: From export idea to live store — with real orders, in under 90 days.
