What Enle Did
Working through Revive Digital Solutions, Enle provided Fractional Leadership — acting as the strategic delivery lead across a multi-phase digital transformation programme.
Phase 1 was delivered: a professional school website, content strategy, and social media framework. Phase 2 is now in delivery: an Admissions Portal, Student Portal, School Management System, and integrated online payment infrastructure.
Enle owns the strategic direction across both phases — translating the school’s operational ambitions into a structured, deliverable technology roadmap.
The Outcome
A school website became the foundation for full digital operations. Phase 2 is bringing online what previously required in-person processes — from applications to fee payment to student record management.
