The Challenge
Unilorin Holdings is a conglomerate of multiple independent businesses operating in completely separate silos — each with its own systems, its own accounting, and no shared visibility for holding-level leadership. The group had no digital governance layer, no way to see subsidiary performance at a glance, and no unified operational standards across entities.
What Enle Did
Enle designed and built a WordPress Multisite infrastructure for the holding company and 9 subsidiaries. Each subsidiary runs its own WP ERP installation for independent accounting, HR, and operations — while all data rolls up to a central holding governance dashboard accessible to group leadership.
Memo Manager was deployed across the group to standardise approval workflows, internal communication, and records management — giving the holding company the governance layer it previously lacked.
The Outcome
Nine independent businesses now operate under one governance framework. Accounting, reporting, and approvals are unified across the group. Leadership can see consolidated performance across subsidiaries from a single view — without disrupting each entity’s operational independence.
What changed: From isolated operations to a connected, governed conglomerate — with every subsidiary accountable to the group.
